Putting People First
I honed my people skills while working various retail jobs as a means to support myself through school. After graduation, I climbed the ranks into management positions where I learned the ins and outs of running a business and leading a team. I took those skills with me as I shifted my career focus towards Human Resources and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging.
Each day, I bring my Human Resource Management work and academic experience, coupled with my customer service experience to ensure an organization's employees not only feel supported but are also as excited as I am to come to work each day with the knowledge that they not only belong, but they can thrive within their organization.
